America loves its heroes. Pat Tillman was one of those people that became larger than life by his actions. A star athlete that turned down offers to play football in the big leagues, Pat Tillman made the ultimate sacrifice for his country.
Pat’s brother Kevin Tillman joined the Army with his brother Pat in 2002, and they served together in Iraq and Afghanistan. Pat was killed in Afghanistan on April 22, 2004. Kevin, who was discharged in 2005, has written a powerful, must-read document that’s been posted online at Truthdig.
